About BEth

I was raised in Mississippi and was strongly influenced by my dad’s love of photography.

My degree in Photojournalism from the University of Missouri brought me to Birmingham, AL, where I was a staff photographer at Southern Living magazine for 12 years.

My husband is a chef and is passionate about his Greek heritage. You definitely need to go this week and try his food…Johnny’s Restaurant !

We have a beautiful little girl who is the light of our lives. Having a daughter with Down syndrome has opened our eyes to a whole new world of  beauty!
